Gregory SchierandClaude Fable 5 f2972ee534 Clarify PR template checkboxes that must always be checked 
The "when reasonable" checkboxes read as optional, but the contribution
policy workflow requires all boxes checked. Reword them as either/or
statements and accept the legacy wording in the policy script so
existing PRs keep validating.

Gregory SchierandClaude Fable 5 ea33261e08 Update release docs for generated notes and version-locked CLI 
The release command no longer teaches hand-writing GitHub notes: they
are generated from the yaak.app changelog items by release_ship_beta
and release_publish. AGENTS.md tag rule updated for the CLI being
version-locked to app tags.

The CLI is now version-locked to app releases, so the devDependency
follows the latest stable instead of a range that would strand on the
old 0.x line.

Gregory SchierandClaude Fable 5 9f3fd46d49 Publish CLI on app release tags (version-locked) 
The CLI now publishes to npm on every v* tag at the app's version,
instead of its own yaak-cli-* tag namespace. Stables go to the latest
dist-tag, prereleases to beta/alpha. workflow_dispatch remains for
manual publishes.

Set Yaak's reqwest request clients to accept HTTP/2 response header lists up to 1 MiB and wrap configured clients so the sender path cannot accidentally bypass the shared builder.

Gregory SchierandClaude Opus 4.6 eb9b5b6bb6 Don't override user-defined Content-Type for GraphQL and form-urlencoded requests 
The frontend already sets the appropriate Content-Type header when
selecting a body type, so the backend no longer needs to force it.
This allows users to override Content-Type for servers with
non-standard requirements.

Gregory SchierandClaude Opus 4.6 8a330ad1ec Auto-detect WSL and resolve Windows data directory for CLI 
When running the CLI in WSL, dirs::data_dir() returns the Linux path
instead of the Windows host path where the Yaak desktop app stores data.
This detects WSL via /proc/version, resolves %APPDATA% through cmd.exe,
and converts it to a WSL mount path using wslpath.

Gregory SchierandClaude Opus 4.6 242f55b609 Fix macOS Tahoe stoplight positioning and build on macOS 26 
On macOS Tahoe (26+), the default title bar is 32px with 14px buttons,
so the old formula (button_height + PAD_Y = 14 + 18 = 32) produced no
change. Add TITLEBAR_EXTRA_HEIGHT to push the title bar taller than
the Tahoe default. Use OnceLock to capture the original default height
so repeated calls don't accumulate extra pixels.

Also update CI runners to macos-26 for Tahoe SDK builds and adjust
frontend padding for larger stoplights.
