Martin Hauser e0f12dffa9 chore(ruff): Enable I (isort) and stabilize import ordering

- Adopt Ruff `I` (isort) rules for consistent import sorting
- Add two `# isort: split` boundaries to keep required imports pinned
  in `__init__.py` modules
