Steps to Reproduce

Apply a filter on the device list of Rack = None (.e.g https://demo.netbox.dev/dcim/devices/?rack_id=null )
View the resulting results.
The applied filters section results in a tag showing with 'Rack: None, None'

Expected Behavior

The applied filters section of the Results tab shows 'Rack: None'

Observed Behavior

The applied filters section of the Devices list shows 'Rack: None, None'
