Proposed Functionality

Include the tag field in the .csv export of Power Feeds data.

Use Case

We use tags to identify circuits with special circumstances that fall outside of the available status'.

We don't currently include tags in export templates for any objects by default. This would need to be an application-wide change, rather than for only the PowerFeed model.

I don't have a strong opinion either way, though I will note that I'd like to move toward export templates which are derived from the current table view now that #492 has been implemented. This will allow a user to exert greater control over the exported data without needing to write a custom export template. That said, I don't believe there is anything barring us from including tags today.
