Proposed Changes

Following from #4085, which saw the addition of view tests for all device components, we need to do the same thing for device component templates (which are assigned to DeviceTypes). This will include renaming many of the view URLs, similar to the work done under #4086 for device components.

Justification

Establish testing parity for device component template views.
