Thanks for the report, @bevand10!

I'm marking this one as medium severity because once done, there's little to no chance of recovering via the NetBox UI itself or without the instance's admin intervening. This might even be high severity.

FYI a user can reset a custom dashboard to the configured default layout in this scenario by manually navigating to https://{netbox}/extras/dashboard/reset/ and confirming the reset. Note that this will remove all customization from the dashboard, but it will restore functionality.
