The current Chinese translation (zh) is in Simplified Chinese (zh-Hans). Since Traditional Chinese (zh-Hant) differs significantly, adding a separate translation will improve readability and localization for users in regions like Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.

To make this change, the existing zh translation should be renamed to zh-Hans, and "Chinese" should be renamed to "Chinese (Simplified)"

It would be good to have a Traditional Chinese for netbox!
Simplified Chinese sometimes uses same phrases as Traditional Chinese, but with different meaning, which can cause ambiguity.
