feat(dcim): Add 50G, 800G, and 1.6T interface speed options (#21796)

Adds support for 50 Gbps, 800 Gbps, and 1.6 Tbps interface speeds to
the InterfaceSpeedChoices to cover newer high-speed networking hardware.
