yusing d54f0c1411 chore(lint): update golangci-lint configuration ...

- Exclude gin.Context.Error from errcheck for error handler pattern
- Add godoclint with ignore pattern for internal/api/v1
- Remove gomoddirectives replace-allow-list
- Disable govet fieldalignment check
- Add QF1008 to staticcheck exceptions for embedded field clarity
- Simplify exclusion paths and disable test running
