Describe the Feature/Enhancement

It would be great to support an image per episode, not only for the whole podcast.

I'm downloading a series of podcasts from youtube and it would be great to see the respective thumbnail for each episode. It's really confusing to see 100 episodes all with the same image.

Currently it will show the main image for the podcast and I think there is no other way to show specific ones per episode.

Why would this be helpful?

It would allow to see e.g. for podcasts who is in the episode and would allow to quickly find a more interesting episode.
