Is this an existing install or a new install?

This is probably the same as https://github.com/advplyr/audiobookshelf/issues/4292. Make sure any cached images and containers have been removed.

I'm not thinking it is. I cleared out container and all docker data with same result. It is an existing instance.

Can you paste the output from docker inspect ghcr.io/advplyr/audiobookshelf?

docker inspect ghcr.io/advplyr/audiobookshelf

v2.24.0 appears to have fixed the problem.
