Describe the feature/enhancement

For simplicity's sake I think it would be sufficient to add alphabet shortcuts at the top and bottom of the authors view to enable jumping to the selected letter as a starting letter of the author's name. This makes navigation of large libraries much easier.
Ideally you'd want the alphabet shortcuts along the scroll bar on the right where it can be displayed permanently.
The main problem really is that when you look at an author's page and then navigate back the browser jumps to the top of the author page.
