Describe the feature/enhancement

Currently, any tags created are shared globally between all libraries. I think it would be beneficial to have the ability to control if a specific library shares its tags (and maybe genres?) with other libraries or not. I can think of two use-cases for this:

  • On a personal level, I'd simply like the ability to segregate some of my tags from other "normal" libraries. I have a lot of tags, and since the drop-down menu for tags often doesn't actually show all the tags my library has available (meaning I have to input them manually), so it'd be nice to simply reduce the number of specific-use tags anyhow.
  • As an administrator or moderator, especially if it's a shared library with more than one user having access to modify tags and such. It'd be doubly nice to segregate and essentially "hide" some of those specific-use tags. Whether because they're of a more NSFW topic that you don't want users who don't have access to the libraries to see, or if they're just used in very specific use-cases like tagging a whole slew of stuff for whitepapers and the like.

It's not really a totally necessary feature, so you'll have to consider if it's worth adding. I'd appreciate it sure, but I can also live without it.

To give a couple of examples of how it'd look like in SettingsLibraries → the library in question → Settings, here's a couple of pictures:
