Peter Livesey 351e43645d Changing iOS deployment target to 8.0. The library works with iOS 7, but modules aren't supported. 
Should be changed back to 7.0 when we have some different way of deploying the library.

Peter Livesey 4e92562547 Fixing a bug where finding the right window wouldn't work. 
Now, even if you call rateApp() from a UIActionSheet, it will actually present the modal.
