Update comments for 'asg_recreate_on_change' attribute in 'workers_gr… (#536)
* Update comments for 'asg_recreate_on_change' attribute in 'workers_group_defaults_defaults' for better clarify of what resources it's talking about. * Expand a few more acronyms and abbreviations.
