Gregory SchierandClaude Opus 5 b22a5bbcad fix(import): make the preview's tooltips agree with each other ...

They had drifted into three voices: statements of fact, an instruction,
and one that named "the file" for an import that may well have come from
a URL. Each now says what happened and, where a checkbox does something
irreversible or surprising, what checking it does — with "here" for the
workspace and "the source" for whatever was imported.

"Added since the last import" was also untrue on a first import, where
there was no last import to speak of.
