Remove unused yaak-proxy-models crate

Browse Source 
Replaced by a purpose-built ProxyEntry model to be added to
yaak-proxy-lib, which better handles multi-protocol capture
(HTTP, gRPC, GraphQL, WebSocket) without REST-specific assumptions.
