"Official" as meaning "maintained by the core maintainers of Pkl"? No, that's not planned. Of course, you're entirely welcome to create it. If you do, feel free to use this Issue, or a Discussion (or the community Discord) for questions. If you take a look at the homebrew formula, you should see it's relatively straightforward.
