Add Kotlin support for "addGeneratedAnnotation" flag (#1115)

This adds logic so that the Kotlin code generator also supports the
"addGeneratedAnnotation" flag.

Also:
* Add Antora documentation
* Adjust names (generated-annotation -> add-generated-annotation)
* Adjust doc comments
