Proposed Changes

  • Update Transifex instructions to include MTing any un-ready languages
  • Update Kinsta instructions to reflect renamed UI elements
  • Added a missing tiny step: adjust header levels in release body

Justification

Bumped up against each of these items in the process of releasing v4.0.7, looking out for the next person to cut a release.
