Proposed Changes

Remove undeliverable email address from SECURITY.md

Justification

The email address listed in our top-level SECURITY.md as an alternative reporting target is now undeliverable. As a short-term fix I propose removing the address, leaving the GitHub Security Advisory reporting path which is known to work.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
