Steps to Reproduce

Open Netbox in a web browser, note that the color toggle is there:

Now make the window more narrow until the side bar gets moved to the top of the screen and the top bar changes color.
Note that the color toggle is now missing.

This issue is especially problematic for mobile devices, as I have not found any way to toggle color mode on my Samsung S22 Ultra, since I can never get the screen to be wide enough to enable the color toggle button.

Expected Behavior

The color toggle should be there in both cases.

Observed Behavior

The color toggle disappears once the screen becomes narrow enough.
