Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Event rules
  2. Click Add
  3. Scroll to Action section of the form

Expected Behavior

No fields that are hidden should be shown including their labels.

Observed Behavior

There are two form labels shown that should be hidden: Action object type, Action object id
