Is it possible to add a comment field for custom fields in addition to the description field?
Maybe one option is to enable custom fields for custom fields so I can add a custom comment field myself.

Use case

I need the ability to provide a detailed description of why a custom field is being deployed.
(Which is also not shown in the help text like the description text.)
