Steps to Reproduce

View an interface
Click "Assign Group" for FHRP
Input "Group" and "Priority"
Click "Create & Add Another"
Error

Expected Behavior

Creates the FHRP assignment, and takes you back to create more FHRP assignments.

Observed Behavior

Error message:
Page Not Found
/ipam/fhrp-group-assignments/add/
The requested page does not exist.
