Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a config revision by setting the top banner to "revision 1"
  2. Edit the config and modify the top banner to "revision 2"
  3. View the list of config revisions to verify that the second revision is active
  4. Restore the first revision and verify that it is active
  5. Click the "current config" link under the admin menu

Expected Behavior

The parameters from the first revision should be displayed.

Observed Behavior

The second (inactive) revision is displayed.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
