Cannot search virtualization interfaces by mac address #8797

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enter the mac address of any virtualization interface into the global searchbar

Expected Behavior

You would expect the virtualization interface to appear in the results

Observed Behavior

There are no results showing up.

Note: Searching for any other property (like Description) works as expected. This only seems to affect the mac_address field
