Proposed Changes

I'm creating this issue to track miscellaneous improvements which are needed to better support translations in NetBox. Examples include:

  • Refactoring strings to eliminate duplicated messages
  • Updating instances string formatting to use named variables
  • Fixing invalid variable references in templates

Justification

This work is being performed in conjunction with our first language translation (Spanish) in #14075.
