Proposed functionality

It would be nice to be able to add tags to interfaces on a device type. You would have to modify the data model and in the UI on the device type -> interface level add the possibility to add tags.

Use case

We are using the interface tags for automatic billing and provisioning of network interfaces on devices. We are creating devices in netbox via an external software. By using tags on the devices type -> interface level we have more flexibility on creation of new devices via device types.

Database changes

I expect that the database needs to have a new field on the device type -> interface level.
