Steps to Reproduce

  1. Turn on ENABLE_INTERNATIONALIZATION in config.py
  2. set browser language to language that uses commas as separator (Esperanto)
  3. Go to rack list view and check the Space column
    image

Expected Behavior

Space column should show correctly.

Observed Behavior

Space column is shown incorrectly.
