Unable to upgrade from v3.5.7 to v3.5.8 #8474

NetBox version

v3.5.8

Python version

3.10

Steps to Reproduce

cd /opt/netbox
sudo git checkout master
sudo git pull origin master
sudo ./upgrade.sh

Expected Behavior

Usually the above is enough to update NetBox :)

Observed Behavior

I get the following TraceBack on database migrations (all run from upgrade.sh). I have the following in /opt/netbox/local_requirements.txt:

django-auth-ldap
netbox-napalm-plugin
napalm-procurve

I tried removing "napalm-procurve". Same error.
