Request: At the site level, add an Email Contacts button at the bottom of listed site contacts.

  • Allow users to select which contacts to email.
  • Generate the appropriate mailto link.

Example

Add an Email Contacts button at the bottom left corner which would generate the following mailto link:

mailto:dschrute@dunder-miffline.com;phalpert@dunder-mifflin.com;mscott@dunder-mifflin.com

Use case

Often times we may be dealing with multiple administrative or technical contacts at a site and wish to communicate with all relevant parties at once. Current functionality requires copy+paste each email address.
