Add the interface type QSFP-DD (100GE) for device interfaces.

Use case

Due to the limited power budget of QSFP28 some vendors start to build QSFP-DD formfactor ports with 100G bandwidth. An example is the EdgeCore AGR400. To document these devices properly in NetBox it would be handy to have the correct formfactor available.
