New functionality

Proposed functionality

Add a tab to the rack elevations that would filter by device. When this filter is set all of the racks would still be displayed and all devices not meeting the filters requirements would be grayed out. And all devices that meet the filters requirements would be highlighted in a bright color.

Use case

This gives users a more graphical way to find a device or devices within the datacenter.
