NetBox version

v3.5.1

Feature type

Change to existing functionality

Proposed functionality

Have the ability for a filter (ad-hoc or saved) to persist between pages.

Use case

When a user is working within the context of a particular site and move from the filtered devices page to the rack page, they lose the filter being active, even though the location filter is able to be applied to both of the pages.

Perhaps have it as an option on a saved filter to persist between page changes.

Database changes

It must also include a detailed use case justifying its implementation. If you would like to elaborate on your proposal, please modify your post above. If sufficient detail is not added, this issue will be closed.
