Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click on Virtual Chassis > Add
  2. Observe that there is no Description field

The field is available when viewing or editing a Virtual Chassis after it is created.

Expected Behavior

The Description field should be available on the Add a new virtual chassis form.

Observed Behavior

The field does not exist on the Add a new virtual chassis form.
