Proposed functionality

Display route target and description of route-target in bracket if i search route target in edit mode from vrfs.
at the moment only name is displayed. Name based on RFC as Number.
Display similar VLAN to interface "VLAN Name (VLAN ID)" in edit mode of interface

Use case

easier to handle route target in gui

Database changes
