Proposed functionality

When you fill in a field and write the name of the item, the list shows up from which you can choose the item. It would be a great feature saving time if you could hit enter to accept the first entry on the list or move through the list with arrows and hit enter to accept it.
It already works this way when choosing Tenancy, but doesn't work on other fields.

It will save time grately when filling out fields, writing and choosing from list by arrows, rather then having to use the mouse to click on the correct entry
