Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a device with one or more power ports
  2. View one of the power ports
  3. Click the "Connect" button at right and select "Power Outlet"

Expected Behavior

The displayed form should allow the user to select a device and power outlet.

Observed Behavior

Only the region, site group, site, and location fields are shown. This is due to an incorrect link in the dropdown menu. The same issue arises when trying to connect to a power feed as well.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
