Change to existing functionality

Proposed functionality

Currently L2VPNs/Overlays are not shown in the Stats of a Tenant. Is there a reason as to why?
If not the proposed functionality would be to add the number of Overlays to the Stats.

Use case

Directly jump to all L2VPNs associated with that tenant, as it is currently with other services.

Database changes

I don't think there are changes necessary.

External dependencies

I don't think there are external dependencies necessary.
