Proposed Changes

Move the registry and its associated components from the extras app to the core netbox app.

Justification

While the registry was originally introduced to track support for various features (e.g. change logging, webhooks, etc.) among NetBox models, it has since been employed for other uses. It would make more organizational sense to move it to the core app.
