Proposed Changes

Update our javascript dependencies for all packages where it's possible with minimal work. It is yet to be decided if this is going in a patch release or 3.4.

Justification

Our packages are a year plus old. It's not a problem in itself, but makes new development cumbersome, as seen in the case of #10475. #10417 also needed to update the flatpickr dependency to get around bugs with regards datetime fields.

Early testing showed no immediate issues except upgrading to bootstrap 5.2, which apparently changes colors of links and badges slightly. Need to look into why, or we might just upgrade to 5.1 for the moment to keep it simple.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
