Steps to Reproduce

  1. Attempt to connect a cable from an interface to any type of far-end connection

Expected Behavior

The cable connection form should pre-populate the site (and rack?) for the far-end device for convenience.

Observed Behavior

Neither of these fields is pre-populated.
