Proposed Changes

Replace all usages of OrderedDict with regular dictionaries where not specifically needed.

Justification

Python 3.7 and later automatically preserve dictionary item order, so OrderedDict is typically no longer needed. We can remove it where no longer necessary to clean up the code a bit.
