Proposed functionality

The position of VLAN group is different for virtual machines than for devices.
From the sequence, first select a VLAN group, then the VLAN. Therefore, it is better if the position is corrected for virtual machines.

Note: The behaviour is only when creating the interface. Not if you edit the interface afterwards.
