Change to existing functionality

Proposed functionality

When doing a full search via the searchbar, search in name and description of services too.
Currently these fields are not searched, while other descriptions and names are looked into, this is an inconsistency.

Use case

Find things via description, e.g. when you entered which program provides that service.

Database changes

None, all data is already present.
