Cannot assign virtual chassis member interfaces to LAG on VC master #6452

Steps to Reproduce

  1. create 2 switch devices
  2. create a virtual chassis, assign both switches as members, designate a VC master
  3. create a LAG interface to the VC master switch
  4. create an (SFP+) interface to the member swich
  5. click the 'LAG Interface' drop-down menu, the menu will be empty
  6. cancel
  7. navigate to the VC master and create an (SFP+) interface
  8. click the 'LAG Interface' drop-down menu, the LAG interface from step 3 is selectable

This is identical in behavior to Bug #6426

Expected Behavior

Netbox should allow assigning virtual chassis member interfaces to LAG on VC master

Observed Behavior

LAG interfaces on VC master are not assignable to virtual chassis member interfaces
