Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to the VLAN groups list
  2. Select the "filters" tab
  3. Attempt to filter VLAN groups without specifying a minimum and maximum VLAN ID

Expected Behavior

These fields should not be required

Observed Behavior

Both fields are required
