ENFORCE_GLOBAL_UNIQUE does not work on prefixes #630

  • Set ENFORCE_GLOBAL_UNIQUE=True (and restart supervisord/gunicorn if required)
  • create prefix 192.168.1.0/24
  • create another prefix 192.168.1.0/24

The duplicate prefix is still created, although it is detected as a duplicate:
