Proposed functionality

Only TCP and UDP are present as options for services in the protocol drop-down.

It's proposed to add SCTP to the protocols list.

Use case

SCTP is used extensively in telecommunications applications due to it's multihoming and other capabilities

Database changes

No structural changes.
